Prof. Wen-Tsai Sung, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan (IEEE member)

Wen-Tsai Sung (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and  Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National  Central University, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, in 2000 and 2007,  respectively. He is working with the Department of Electrical  Engineering, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taichung,  Taiwan, as a Distinguished Professor. Dr. Sung has won the 2009 JMBE(Journal of Medical and Biological Engineering; SCIE index) Best Annual Excellent Paper Award(Ph.D.  Dissertation) and the Dragon Thesis Award (Master Thesis) that sponsor  is Acer Foundation. In October 2023, Dr. Sung was recognized as one of the world's top 2% scientists (Career Impact) (2001-2023) by Mendeley Data, a company owned by Elsevier. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed journal papers and articles index by SCI/SCIE/EI. His research interests include AIOT (artificial intelligence Internet of Things), Intelligent Computing and Systems , and wireless sensors network.

Prof, Maode Ma, Qatar University, Qatar (IEEE Member / ACM Singapore Chapter Chair)

Prof. Maode Ma, a Fellow of IET, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. Before joining Qatar University, he has been a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for over 20 years. Prof. Ma has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. He has led 26 research projects funded by the government, industry, military, and universities in various countries. He has supervised 25 research students to get their Ph. D degrees. He has been a conference chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair, publication chair, publicity chair, and session chair for over 100 international conferences. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 300 international conferences. Prof. Ma has over 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. He has edited a few technical books and produced over 28 book chapters. His publication has received close to 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. He has delivered over 90 keynote speeches and 11 tutorials at various international conferences. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and the International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. He is now the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. He has been a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE Communication Society in 2013-2016 and 2023-2024.


Prof. Yang Yue, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China (Fellow of SPIE,  Senior Member of IEEE and Optica)

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in  electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004  and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical  engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He  is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications  Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current  research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical  communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published over 270 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >12,000 citations, six edited books, two book chapters, >60 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >60 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other  scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He  also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international  conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.



Assoc. Prof. Pavel Loskot, ZJU-UIUC Institute, China(IEEE Senior Member)

Pavel Loskot joined the ZJU-UIUC Institute, Haining, China, in January 2021 as Associate Professor. He obtained the PhD degree in Wireless  Communications from the University of Alberta in Canada. In the past 25 years, he was involved in numerous collaborative research and development projects, and also held a number of consultancy contracts with industry. Pavel Loskot is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research interests focus on mathematical and probabilistic modeling, and statistical signal processing.

Assoc. Prof. Ranjith Kumar Gatla, Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, India(IEEE Senior Member,  Life-Member of ISTE, Associate Member of IE (I), and Member of IAENG)

Ranjith Kumar Gatla is working as an Associate Professor in the EEE Department and Dean of Intellectual Property Management and Commercialization at the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, Hyderabad, India. He received the M.Tech. degree in power electronics from SRM University, Chennai, India, and the Ph.D. degree in power electronics from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2008 and 2019, respectively. Dr. Ranjith Kumar Gatla has 11+ years of experience in academia, research, teaching, and academic administration. His current research interests include the reliability of power electronics systems, grid-connected PV systems, multilevel inverters, and electric vehicle technologies. Dr. Ranjith Kumar Gatla is an IEEE Senior Member. He is a Life-Member of ISTE, Associate Member of IE (I), and Member of IAENG. He published 40+ research papers and 4+ patents. He is a frequent reviewer, editorial board member and TPC member in flagship conferences and refereed journals.

Prof. Sudan Jha, Kathmandu University, Nepal(IEEE Senior Member, ACM Member)

With a total 22+ years of teaching, research and industrial experience, Prof. Sudan Jha is a Senior IEEE member; ACM member, Editor-in-Chief, International book series editor, acclaimed Principal Scientist, International Keynote Speaker. He has delivered a number of Keynote Speeches / expert talks around the world. Presently working as a Professor in Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Kathmandu University, Nepal; bears experiences from top notch universities like KIIT University, Chandigarh University, Christ University, etc. Apart from these, he has working experiences as ‘technical director in Nepal television’, ‘Principal in Nepal College of IT’, ‘Individual Consultant in Nepal Telecom Authority’. He is passionate about quality of higher education and is working extensively on smart platforms.
